This is definitely a four star establishment. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, especially the bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast is sumptuous. The staff is friendly and competent. It is located near the airport and relatively close to Arizona State University (my destination). The free Uber rides from and to the airport are exceptionally convenient. And all of this comes at a very reasonable price.
I was so glad to find a room available at GreenTree Inn. This was my second time staying there. I think the reception staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. The hotel has apparently been recently renovated. The price was competitive for the airport area and a good deal in my opinion. My room was clean.
We had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, though it could use some fix-ups. The staff was absolutely amazing - accommodating, approachable, and helpful. The property itself is well maintained - loved the court yard to hang out in small and bigger groups - and it's close to amenities, but it's a bit shady adjacent to the property (don't send out your kids alone, otherwise no problems).
Exceeded all expectations—clean, comfortable, and great service! I want to share how impressed I am with this property and its staff. After reading some concerning reviews on Google and Expedia, I reached out to the location manager via email and phone to discuss my concerns. I am happy to report that during our four-day stay, we found absolutely nothing to complain about. The suite was extremely clean, fresh, and very accommodating. It’s clear the property is well-maintained. While the breakfast is a standard continental style, the dining area was spotless and the food was served hot. They even offered a complimentary Uber to and from the airport, which was a great touch (even though we didn't need it). After researching the owner’s story, I’m even more proud to support this business. We will definitely be returning to GreenTree properties!
Our stay was great! Everything was good. The only complaint I would have would be the checking IN process. I already prepaid for my reservations made on booking.com. But when we were checking in, the woman said she needed to swipe my card 2 times? For my 2 different reservations? Im like what? I already paid for it. But I saw $600+ as taken from my bank account. Which i was only supposed to be charged $210.00 and a $100 deposit, yes. So I don't know if they fixed it yet but, it caused my account to go into the negative. Im hoping I get my correct refund back. I think the front desk employees need make sure they know how to be certain before swiping cards left and right. There was also a Male working that same shift, HE was so nice and welcoming! He made me and my kids laugh.
This is a very nice hotel near the airport with airport transfers by UBER. So convenient. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was hearty with hot foods with eggs, potatoes and sausage plus waffles, yogurt, bread/bagels and cereal/oatmeal plus coffee and juices. Service was great and prompt. Everything was great. They had a pool and gym as well although we did not have time to use these.
Hotel was easy to find, accessing is a slight challenge. But that was easy once you knew where to go. Hotel was clean and my inter action with the front desk was excellent. The young was super friendly. I did not get to check out the pool area or breakfast as I needed to be at the airport really early. I will stay here again in the future.
I admit I was hesitant about this location after reading the reviews, but it was a good experience. Staff was genuinely nice and helpful. One staff member seemed like she did not want to be there but she was still nice and helpful. I get it, some days (most days) I don't want to be around people. I liked her lol Rooms - For the price the rooms are perfect. So what if it is not the "up to date" and the furniture has a little worn and tear. You are staying at a hotel to sleep or rest then go out on adventures. Location is great because it is near the airport, not far from Tempe or Phoenix. Breakfast WAS GREAT. OH MAN THE WAFFLES !!!!! OOOOO THE WAFFLES WERE SO SO WONDERFUL
